• Parent Seminar (9-10 AM): Learn strategies to support your gymnast’s mental health and performance.  
• Athletes’ Mental Training (10-11:30 AM): Practical exercises to work through fear, let go of negativity, and build confidence.  
• Coaches Seminar (12-1 PM): Hands-on techniques to coach through fear and help kids build lasting confidence.  
• In-Gym Training (1-4 PM): Athletes apply mental techniques and work towards their goal skills with expert guidance.
