Morning Learning: Athletes start their day with engaging mental training sessions, bringing a packed lunch and snacks.
Afternoon Application: Gymnasts put their training into practice with a 3-hour workout.
Parent & Coach Sessions: Parents and coaches join separate training to gain insights into supporting the gymnast’s journey.
Facility Space: Access to a large gym floor or similar area for the athlete mental training portion.
Presentation Equipment: A projector for slides during parent and coach sessions, held separately from the athlete training area.

Coaching Team: A minimum of four coaches available to assist during the hands-on training segment.
Event Promotion: Actively promote the event within your gym and the local community using email campaigns and social media outreach.
Event Timing: Ensure availability for four sessions from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM
Cost: $179 per athlete; parents and coaches attend free with a paid athlete.
Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 30 athlete registrations is needed to confirm the event.
Deposit: A $1,000 deposit is required to secure the date, becoming non-refundable 30 days prior to the event.
Athletes should arrive ready to learn in the morning, bringing a packed lunch, snacks, and all necessary equipment (grips, tiger paws, etc.) for a 3-hour workout in the afternoon.
Coaches are encouraged to attend all sessions, including the parent session, but have the option to arrive at noon for the coach session.
Parents can choose to leave after the parent session ends at 10:00 AM or stay to watch the rest of the event.
